Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 business hours after confirmation, subject to stock availability.
If an item is unavailable, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

Average delivery times:

• European Union: 5 to 10 business days*

• Other destinations: varies depending on the country

Prices displayed on our website exclude taxes and customs duties. Any applicable taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility and depend on the regulations of the destination country.

If the volumetric weight of your order exceeds the standard carrier limits, additional shipping charges may apply.

Exchanges & Returns

These conditions apply only to purchases made on our online store.

Exchange Procedure
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange.
Please contact our customer service at contact@urbantend.com and our team will assist you.

Return Procedure
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must:

• Have their original tags and/or seal attached

• Be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unscented)

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable items:

• Hygiene products (makeup, opened cosmetics)

• Hair accessories

• Fashion jewellery

• Lingerie and hosiery

• Evening dresses and seasonal special items

We recommend keeping proof of shipment. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you return the entire order, we will refund the purchase amount along with the standard delivery charges.
This right does not apply to personalised or made-to-measure products.
