These terms and conditions apply exclusively to purchases made on our website Urbantend.com.

1. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on Urbantend.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. Products can be purchased as a guest or a registered user. An order confirmation will be sent by email once the payment is successfully processed.

We accept several secure payment methods via Shopify, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Urbantend does not store any banking information.

2. Shipping

We currently ship across Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. For countries outside the European Union, customs duties may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to withdraw. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

4. Exchanges and Returns After the Withdrawal Period

After 14 days, exchanges are still possible up to 30 days after receipt, provided the items are in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted for items without tags, or if the products have been worn, washed, or damaged.

5. Faulty Items

Any defective item may be returned within 30 days for a refund. After this period, a repair or replacement may be offered within a 6-month window.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Urbantend.com (images, texts, videos, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, or use any content without written authorization.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

By tagging Urbantend or using our hashtags on social media, you grant us permission to use your images or videos for promotional purposes. You confirm that you own the content or have obtained the consent of any identifiable individuals.

8. Liability

Urbantend cannot be held liable for any indirect damages. In any case, our liability shall never exceed the total amount of your order.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, etc.).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those where our company is registered.
